澳洲內陸發現大量石油蘊藏 媲美沙烏地

    澳洲內陸發現將近2300億桶原油的石油蘊藏量，價值上兆美元，這項新發現將使得澳洲成為新的沙烏地阿拉伯。

    這些石油蘊藏是由「林克能源公司」在「南澳省」中部的「阿卡林加」盆地發現，報告顯示，在這片廣達一千六百萬英畝的土地上，蘊含了相當於1330億到2330億桶的頁岩油。

    「林克能源」執行長「邦德」說，開採這些頁岩油需要大約兩億多美元的費用，因為從頁岩中提煉石油牽涉到水壓碎石的過程，因此費用比從原油中提煉還要貴。不過，這項發現可能會改變全球能源生態，如果這批蘊藏能夠成功提煉，價值大約在兩兆澳幣左右。
