悠遊金融卡 3月發行

今年3月起，悠遊卡又將多一種；目前已有最基礎的悠遊卡及附加信用卡功能的悠遊聯名卡，最新的悠遊「金融卡」也將問世。

首批發卡銀行，包括國泰世華、上海、彰化銀行、玉山、台新及合作金庫銀行。部分銀行規劃，開放12歲可持有悠遊金融卡。由於悠遊金融卡一次只能加值500元，持卡人無法刷悠遊金融卡買高鐵自由座車票。

悠遊金融卡可提供消費者另一項選擇，因為目前還是有些族群沒有信用卡，但只要在銀行有帳戶，就可持有悠遊「金融卡」。

悠遊金融卡兼具悠遊卡及金融卡功能，除了可搭捷運、公車之外，還可在特約機構，例如便利超商中進行小額消費刷卡。

不過，金管會要求悠遊金融卡不能「透支」，亦即存款帳戶中「一定要有錢」，悠遊金融卡才能刷得動。
