需錢孔急 索尼要賣美國總部大樓 估價11億美金

    日本索尼公司宣佈，他們將出售位在美國紐約「曼哈頓」市中心的「美國總部大樓」，預估售價十一億美金。索尼表示，希望藉由這筆交易，能夠獲得更多現金，改善財務狀況。

    索尼的美國總部大樓，總共三十六層，進駐在內的公司，包括索尼在美國的子公司「索尼音樂」、「索尼娛樂」等公司。索尼集團在賣出棟大樓之後，最多還可繼續租借三年。
