國安基金出清 淨賺35億

    　國安基金委員會今天公告，基金持股出清，順利退場。國安基金護盤不到1年，投資淨利新台幣35億元，投資報酬率高達8.14%。

    　根據公告資料，國安基金投資台泥、台積電等45檔股票，買入成本總計429.66億元，扣除現金股利，持股總成本為424.08億元。

    　國安基金出售持股，現金收入為461.08億元，扣除融資利息和委託券商的相關手續費後，淨利35億餘元。

    　行政院國家金融安定基金委員會分析這次護盤的政策效果，基金在民國100年12月21日進場前，台股加權指數為6662點；101年4月20日進場截止，台股指數為7507點，期間上漲845點，漲幅約12.7%，達成市場安定功能。

    　國安基金委員會評估，國安基金自101年6月18日起陸續出脫持股，11月15日完成退場，期間未引起股市波動。1020114
