俄轟炸機飛近關島　美國戰機升空戒備

    美國空軍部門證實，總統歐巴馬發表國情咨文前不久，曾有兩部可攜帶核子導彈的俄羅斯Tu95型轟炸機，飛越關島附近的國際領空，導致兩架美國F15戰機需要由當地的安達臣基地升空戒備。

    美國空軍部女發言人以安全理由，拒絕透露更多詳情，只表示俄羅斯的轟炸機在F15戰機升空欄截後，迅速向北飛，遠離關島的範圍。

    俄羅斯軍機以往很少飛到南太平洋地區，前美國駐聯合國大使博爾頓認為，事件可能是俄方對歐巴馬政府反核政策作出的一種回應策略。
