府：總統未介入呂秀蓮假釋案

    　總統府發言人范姜泰基今天說，總統馬英九過去曾安排哈佛大學教授孔傑榮與人在獄中的前副總統呂秀蓮會面，但未介入假釋案。

    　聯合報報導，「中國新聞周刊」的文章指出，馬總統表示，「自己曾努力協助呂秀蓮出獄，但呂對此或許並不知情」。

    　范姜泰基上午在總統府受訪說，媒體報導馬總統曾介入營救入獄的呂秀蓮，但事實是大約在民國74年3月時，人在獄中的呂秀蓮每週要赴三軍總醫院就醫，時任總統府第一局副局長與國民黨副秘書長的馬總統，安排來台的孔傑榮到三總，與例行就醫的呂秀蓮會面。

    　不過，他表示，馬總統並沒有介入呂秀蓮的假釋案，媒體報導與事實狀況有出入。1020115
