肉類供應無虞 價格小幅上揚

〔自由時報記者游太郎／花蓮報導〕春節期間各式肉類需求量大增，花蓮縣政府已協調肉品市場、養雞戶、漁會等單位，確保各式肉類供應無虞及價格平穩。

縣府漁牧科長黃耀興表示，春節期間以豬肉的需求量最大，平日每天宰頭數約三百五十頭，目前至除夕的需求量大增，已提高宰頭數為八百至一千頭，肉品市場所有機具及拍賣設施全部出動，豬肉雖較平日漲約一成，但供應量無虞。

在雞肉部分，除了肉雞由外縣市供應外，花蓮地區消費者喜愛的放山雞、半土雞（坊仔雞），供貨量相當充足，雖然雞肉漲幅約一成，仍在消費者預期的範圍內。

魚肉部分，花蓮區漁會已完成貨源調配作業，目前包括白鯧、石斑、旗魚及淡水應景魚類，早已協調西部大盤商增加供應量，消費者可到傳統市場或大賣場購買，價格則因年節需求量增加，價格也上漲約二成。
