    台鐵南迴翻車案有最新判決。今天上午高雄高分院更二審宣判，認為嫌犯李泰安犯下此案，引起社會極大恐懼，同時又殺害弟媳，手段凶殘且惡性重大，高雄高分院依殺人罪判處無期徒刑，仍維持一審原來的刑度。

    根據媒體報導，南迴鐵路搞軌案昨(6)日更一審宣判，高雄高分院認定李泰安並非為全案首謀，將他從原本二審共同殺人等罪判刑18年，改判13年，法官認定李泰安與事發後自殺身亡的弟弟李雙全，為詐領7100萬保險金，於4年前破壞鐵軌製造火車翻覆假象，實則以鎮靜劑加酒精毒死弟媳陳氏紅琛。
