    　新北市長朱立倫的座車今天上午發生小擦撞車禍，造成前保險桿毀損脫落，不過，車內的朱立倫等人無恙，順利參加祈福法會。

    　朱立倫上午到土城區參加「慈法禪寺祈福法會」活動，座車在到達慈法禪寺時，明顯可以發現前保險桿掉落、損壞的情形。

    　不過，朱立倫仍在禪寺1樓迎接副總統吳敦義，兩人一起搭乘電梯到6樓的祈福法會現場。

    　朱立倫先致詞，後來在副總統致詞完畢後，朱立倫就匆匆先行離去，吳副總統則與稍後趕抵的立法院長王金平全程參加法會與傳燈儀式。

    　新北市府新聞局長林芥佑表示，朱立倫座車今天上午發生車禍的地點，位於中山高速公路五股交流道附近將接台65線的平面道路上，當時駕駛休旅車的呂姓女子在外線車道要切入內線，變換車道時疑因駕駛不慎，擦撞到朱立倫的座車。

    　由於彼此車速不快，車輛撞擊後，朱立倫座車的前保險桿毀損。

    　林芥佑說，呂女隨即下車道歉，並表示願意理賠車禍造成的損失。1020203
