美國拒為日本「集體自衛權」背書

    據日本共同社報導，多名熟悉美日關係的消息人士都透露，雖然日本首相安倍晉三這個月即將訪美，並且希望美國能夠支持日本行使「集體自衛權」，不過美國的態度，十分消極，安倍可能必須另尋出路。

    消息人士指出，日本政府日前通過管道，希望美國總統歐巴馬，在舉行高峰會後，能夠公開支持日本修憲，行使「集體自衛權」。不過美方表示，如果歐巴馬這麼明確地表態，那麼可能會激怒中國，認為美日將聯手對付中國，不符合美日兩國的共同利益。

    據瞭解，美國政府一名高層官員表示，日本可以自己努力修憲，以行使集體自衛權，不過不能拉著美國幫日本背書。
