小行星將接近地球　比同步衛星更近

    科學家表示，一顆體積相等於一個標準泳池的小行星，將會接近地球，是有紀錄以來最接近地球的相類體積物體，估計不會構成危險。

    這顆去年二月被天文學家發現的小行星，預計會於本港時間明日凌晨，運行至距離地球約兩萬七千七百公里，比同步衛星與地面的距離更近，將會經過澳洲、亞洲及東歐上空。

    科學家表示，今次將有助進一步研究小行星特性。
