3類鞭炮兒童禁玩 販售商家最高罰15萬

放鞭炮是大家歡慶新年的習俗，消防署呼籲民眾，購買鞭炮時一定要認明包裝上有檢驗合格認可的合法標示的一般爆竹煙火，包裝上也必須註明使用說明、廠商資料和主要成分，並且要在空曠、遠離人潮的地方施放。

還有，民眾家中存放的爆竹煙火如果沒有檢驗認可的標示，火藥量總計不能超過兩公斤，相當於一百三十四支的仙女棒，超過可被罰三千到一萬五千元罰鍰。

另外，十二歲以下的小朋友施放爆竹必須由大人陪同，否則可以開罰三千到一萬五千元。兒童可以燃放的爆竹產品也有限制，沖天炮、小高空等飛行類、升空類和摔炮類的鞭炮都不能玩，販售這三種鞭炮給兒童的商家也可以被開罰三到十五萬元。
