大腦，你在忙什麼？探討逆轉腦齡

    　台灣胸腔內科專家徐剛7日在誠品書店發表《大腦，你在忙什麼？》新書，這是他多年的心得結晶。高齡80歲的徐剛罹患3種癌症，他的口號是：「活一天就要發一天光、放一天熱！」

    　徐剛除了是胸腔內科的專家，也是生理學學者，曾擔任行政院國家科學委員會特約專家，深入對人腦研究、分析。

    　他指出：「腦齡是可以逆轉的！任何年齡都能擁有活跳跳的腦細胞。」

    　徐剛強調，「時時為自己存好『腦本』，就能聰明、健康、快樂到老，遠離腦部疾病以及退化失智的症狀。」他在書中指出：「不暸解大腦，沒有保養大腦，不知運用大腦，你極可能錯過自己的天才，也錯估了腦神經病變的徵兆與警訊。」
