柏林市政府因財物困窘、長年赤字，市議會最近決議，從7月1日開始，非公務或是商務的外來觀光客住旅館將負擔更多的費用；此後，不論是住大旅館、小旅舍還是民宿，住宿費將加成5%，作為「城市稅」。 《詳全文...》
