新北市抽驗粉圓 全數皆合格

（優活健康網新聞部／綜合報導）新北市衛生局1月份抽驗轄內冰冷飲料店家、連鎖咖啡店及便利商店販售之粉圓20件，檢驗防腐劑（己二烯酸、苯甲酸、去水醋酸）、硼砂及色素，結果全數合格。

衛生局表示，過量的己二烯酸或苯甲酸有可能危害肝臟功能，呼籲食品製造業者勿濫用食品添加物並應小心使用，而硼砂經由食品攝取後，可與胃酸作用產生硼酸，硼酸不易被排出具有積存性，連續攝取後，會妨礙消化系統，所以食品中不得添加硼砂。

食品製造業者除了小心使用食品添加物外，同時也要重視製作的過程、環境衛生以及工作人員的衛生習慣；民眾在挑選食品時亦應重視店面環境衛生，以確保產品衛生及安全。
