中市抽驗元宵湯圓 不合格率一成不到

為了讓民眾在元宵節能安心吃湯圓，臺中市衛生局在元宵節前夕派員到大賣場、超市及傳統市場等地，隨機抽驗16件含餡湯圓，檢驗結果均符合規定。

臺中市衛生局表示，近兩年來，平均一年抽驗30件，多數業者均符合規定，不合格率1成不到，但還是要提醒民眾選購湯圓一定要注意業者現場製作販售環境及產品有無完整標示、買回來的湯圓依貯存方式存放、烹煮後要儘早食用完畢、如果有酸味，表示湯圓出現酸敗現象切勿食用、長輩享用湯圓時，也要細嚼慢嚥避免噎住發生意外。
